Service Cancellation
Cancellations are non-refundable.
Refunds
If the Centre cancels a booking due to unforeseen circumstances or technical reasons, a full refund or rescheduling will be offered. Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days to the original payment method.
No-show Policy
If a user fails to submit the sample for their booking without prior notice, no refund will be issued.
Sample Shipping
Users are responsible for securely packaging and shipping samples to the Centre. The Centre is not liable for any damage or loss during transit.
Sample Return
Upon request, samples can be returned after analysis. Return shipping costs are to be borne by the user.
Exchange/Resubmission
If a sample is found to be unsuitable for testing, users will be notified and can resubmit a valid sample.
